            I am a Manager of QA with 13 years of experience, specializing in B2B and B2C software. I oversee the quality assurance department, having developed and maintained a robust quality system. My expertise includes testing Electronic Health Records (EHR), Money Transfer Software (MTS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), oomi-CRM, Biometric-based SIM Verification systems, and E-Commerce applications. I conduct both functional and non-functional testing and am involved in designing test cases, reviewing reports, and leading QA teams.

I have experience in testing mobile apps on Android and iOS, developing test automation frameworks for both frontend and backend, and maintaining scripts in CI/CD pipelines.
